Loyalty and Performance Bonus (LPB)
Staff members who have been working in the company for over 3 years and have regularly met their targets get an opportunity to apply for LPB. To qualify for LPB there are different parameters which the employee needs to meet. More information can be availed by contacting the Human Resource Team.
Employees who qualify for LPB get a guaranteed bonus of 10 to 20% in the following year over and above their annual appraisals.
